Country artist Craig Wayne Boyd, winner of season seven of NBC’s “The Voice,” will perform at the Midwest Theater on May 8 for a benefit concert supporting families impacted by recent Panhandle fires.
The Midwest Theater is turning music into meaningful action this Friday.
Country artist Craig Wayne Boyd, who won season seven of NBC’s “The Voice”, will take the stage May 8th for a special benefit concert supporting families impacted by recent Panhandle fires.
The event also marks the theater’s 80th anniversary-an institution built on resilience after rising from the ashes of a previous theater and surviving decades of challenges, including recent fire and hail damage.
Executive Director Krista Baird says the community has always come together in tough times, calling this concert a way to turn that spirit into direct support.
Proceeds will go to the Oregon Trail Community Foundation to help families rebuild. The concert begins at 7 p.m., with tickets available now through the Midwest Theater box office and online.
