Pete Davidson Trims Westchester Retreat Asking Price By Six Figures

Pete Davidson dropped the price on his Westchester County home weeks after listing it, signaling he wants out and back closer to his Staten Island family fast.

Pete Davidson knocked more than $100,000 off the asking price of his Westchester County home this week, weeks after first listing the property, as the comedian and SNL alum looks to move closer to his family on Staten Island.

The reduction is modest in dollar terms but unmistakable in intent. Davidson and his team, by all reports, are not interested in dragging this listing through a long discovery period. They want a buyer.

The home itself has been featured in multiple New York real-estate write-ups since it went on the market. The price cut comes against the backdrop of a softer-than-expected suburban market in the surrounding county and a sharp uptick in inventory across the broader tri-state area.

Davidson's representatives declined to comment on the timing. The new asking price, agents in the area say, is now firmly in the range that should attract serious offers within weeks.
